"We have really improve," 5+1 Fitness athlete said after second Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.


Yo-Yo test evaluates an individual's ability to repeatedly perform interval runs over a prolonged period. It is best for Football players, Basketball and similar sports.

Thee athletes took the test and they all beat their previous records.


"The aim of 5+1 Fitness is to get everyone to reach their fitness goals," Njang said
